ELEGANT CABINETRY BROCHURELori designed this catalog cover and page layouts for OakCraft—craftsmen of high-end cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms and entertainment centers. Old world craftsmanship was communicated throughout with a hand-written feel to the typography, a “tea-stained” look on page backgrounds (as well as the front and back vellum fly sheets), and professional photography featuring OakCraft’s quality cabinetry.
As for the cover, a rich, woodgrain-textured, heavyweight stock was used: (Gmund Savanna in Glowing Makassar—a luminous golden-bronze hue) imported from Germany. OakCraft’s logo was blind embossed, with their name foil-stamped in copper, keeping the cover clean and upscale.
Note: Lori’s creative direction was executed by the in-house graphic designer at Hogue Printing, where this 32-page (+ vellum, + cover) catalog was printed.
