For Cushman & Wakefield, I tackled two distinct design challenges. First, for their sponsorship of the NAIOP Annual Golf Tournament, the goal was to create a fun, engaging visual identity that could accommodate a dense array of sponsor logos without looking cluttered. I developed a cohesive layout that balanced the event theme with brand visibility.

Second, I designed web graphics for The Hub in Tempe, AZ, a solar-powered office space. These assets highlighted the property’s sustainable energy features, using clean, modern visuals to appeal to eco-conscious tenants and investors.

I designed custom email campaigns for Origami Owl in Photoshop, following a rigorous workflow from concept to final export. The process involved creating high-fidelity layouts, slicing the images for web optimization, and preparing the HTML-ready assets for deployment.

A key highlight of this project was the integration of a Lariat GIF. Instead of a static image, I embedded an animated graphic into the email body to capture attention and showcase the movement of the jewelry, significantly increasing visual engagement compared to traditional static emails.

During COVID-19 restrictions in San Diego, Players Sports Grill faced the closure of indoor dining. I designed email header campaigns to support off-premise sales and maintain community connection.
The two key campaigns included:

• ‘Family Meals to Go’: Promoting takeout options to keep revenue flowing during lockdown.
• Owner’s Birthday Promotion: A localized event to drive engagement and support the business.

These email headers were created in Canva and played a vital role in sustaining partial sales during a critical period, demonstrating the power of targeted email marketing in a crisis.
