K. Carolyn Hogan, DDS is a successful dentist in Phoenix, AZ, in practice since 1981. She and her staff provide professional general dental services. Patients are greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who are concerned about each and every patient – that’s no exaggeration. It was a pleasure for Lori to create a logo that communicated all these qualities.

After the logo was designed, she also created an identity package including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, reminder postcards, and a detailed patient form, as well as exterior signage and, of course, a website.
